Also ESOL classes with Alex are every Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am - 12.30pm. So again pop along if you are in need of improving or learning english, and we would advise that these classes are very busy so to gain a place please be prompt at 9.30am

Just another reminder that DIAL is now offering a money and debt advice service in Belton at The John Green Institute every second Wednesday of the month with Stephen 10.30am - 12.30pm.

We have good news, we have secured funding for Social Blooms 2 and this will be up and running from Monday 4th November. Gardening projects at the moment are Peggotty Road Community Centre and Mesh in Gorleston. This is a very rewarding project and has improved the wellbeing and confidence of all Volunteers who are already part of it. So if you are interested in joining the team, enjoy the outdoors and gardening, pop along to see Project Co-Ordinator, Sian, or ring the DIAL office on 01493 856900 and give your name and contact details for her to get in touch.

As reported last month we are currently preparing a room at the DIAL office, so that “Go Geronimo” can install some gym equipment and run some exercise classes. Early November is still the target, we just have to iron out the finer details before we can get started. So watch this space.

There is a Men’s Health Awareness Day coming up on Sunday 17th November, and the event will be opened by former english football league player Sammy Morgan. All details on poster below
