We can help with Universal Credit issues after a new claim has been made and first payment received i.e. complete UC50 through to appeal . We also give advice on all benefits.

We help with the completion of forms, i.e. Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Child Disability Living Allowance (CDLA), Employment Support Allowance (ESA) and Health Assessment forms (ESA50 and UC50)
DIAL provides information and advice for residents who have been declined benefits and where an Appeal is needed. For clients who have been supported by DIAL from the initial benefit claim we will in some cases attend and support the individual at the Tribunal hearing. A small charge to cover travel costs will be made if the hearing is in Norwich.
