DIAL provides free and impartial debt advice to people living within Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas.

BREATHING SPACE

DIAL can support eligible Clients to access the breathing space scheme (Debt Respite Scheme) This scheme gives Clients who have problem debts, the right to legal protection from their creditors for up to 60 days. This protection includes pausing most enforcement action and contact from creditors and freezing most interest and charges on debts.

For those with higher levels of debt all options are explained and where appropriate a Debt Relief Order (DRO) can be undertaken, for debts up to £30,000.
